Providing children, especially ASD children, the opportunity to experience the many benefits of yoga. We have created a fun, adaptive program using various creative art and movement strategies to engage and instruct the children called SMARTKIDS®. Robin created the approach working with Spectrum children and their siblings during the past 7 years. It was developed further with the origination of Happy HeARTs Yoga to address the fitness, sensory and social needs of all children.
We do trainings for teachers, therapists, support staff, and families.
We train people to be instructors of our unique adaptive program.

This unique program is inspired by the founder's son and his peers living with Autism. Starting in 2000, Robin used yoga and creative expression as a way to support his growth. Additionally, she used art and yoga as way to help his siblings cope with the stressors.
A nonprofit was founded in 2005, called HeARTs for Autism®, which uses the arts of various kinds to work with ASD kids and families therapeutically.
From this, Happy HeARTs Yoga was born in 2009, offering yoga and creative expression as a strategy for schools and families to use with ASD children. Today, yoga, art, music, and holistic education are offered for kids, families, teachers and therapists.
"What is great about your program Robin is that you KNOW what our lives with Autism looks like! You're not just somebody with a certification trying to help - you live this and use these strategies with success to help your child with Autism and your other children! We loved the workshop and look forward to more classes. Thank you ~ JH"
